Our Rates

  • Our base rate is calculated based on the event type (House Party vs. Wedding Reception), desired band size, distance to location, availability, and other factors.

  • The minimum booking duration is 2 hours, with the whole performance not to exceed 4 hours total.

    A typical 2 hour performance will have a 15 minute break (3 hours, 2 breaks, etc.).

  • We provide our own sound for the stage area. This includes a professional grade PA system with each instrument amplified to a comfortable level to a maximum audience of 200-300 people. This price is included within the overall event quote.

    For venues that are larger and require more powerful amplification system, please contact us for additional charges.

  • Our service area is Orange and LA counties.

    Additional rates apply for locations exceeding the service area coverage or requiring air travel and/or lodging.

  • Once all details have been settled we will provide AFM contract and will require a 50% deposit to ensure the booking. The other 50% will be paid upon event completion and can be paid by Zelle (preferred) or check. If paid by check, please make checks payable to SoCal Jazz Academy LLC.
